The staff was polite and the location was perfect - altogether a very comfortable experience. The restaurant was GOOD with good food and very friendly staff, we ordered excellent dishes.

This hotel has an unbeatable location that's close to Cliffe High Street, and the rooms are beautiful, spacious, and have nice bathrooms.

Truly enjoyed our time here. We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was great modern, had magnificent location to Naples airport. We had a continental breakfast, the food was outstanding. Location: the venue was near Virginia palace, the restaurant and the autostrada.

Virginia Resort & Spa is a fantastic property with a lovely pool. the location is comfortable and perfect, situated right by the priory ruins. It's nestled in a very nice area. the restaurant on-site is delightful, serving delicious food with very friendly staff ready to welcome you.

The Breakfast was good, great coffee and cakes and cereal. But definitely not enough if you like the "American breakfast" Staff was friendly and spoke English. Nice decor.

Our room was ok untill the last day when we noticed tons of ants crawling around, although hotel was clean, the ants found a way to get in. Also we asked to get our safe fixed because it wasn't working, and nobody fixed it. Wouldn't say its four star, maybe three stars.

We booked this hotel based on Booked.net recommendations while on weekend stay in the area. I'd call it a Motel rather than Hotel since it's only good for a night sleep and only if you have a car, as it is located at the outskirts of the town. We had to change rooms after the first night since there were severe issues with the one we got. Hotel staff was helpful as they can but language barriers were much more apparent than in the big cities. To sum up - if you need just a place to sleep on the way, this hotel is good value for the money. Don't expect anything else.

This hotel seems to be seasonal and we were off-season which was kind of gloomy. Even when it was fully booked due to some local wedding, as we were told, it still didn't feel too alive. Breakfast was sub par for a 4-star hotel. The first night the hotel was fully booked and by the time we arrived for breakfast (about 8:30 AM) there was almost nothing left for us. The second day breakfast was just continental and not in a good way. Since we stayed there over the weekend, there were almost no other breakfast options around so this was kind of a turn off. Maybe calling it a motel would set the expectations right.
